🇮🇨 Day 178 - Amy and I had a proper girly afternoon! It’s not something we do too often but we loved it 😊 Shopping and trampolining at Siam Mall followed by a walk along the prom in Playa de las Americas, sunbathing, rock pools, dinner, ice cream and a parrot show! 🦜
🇮🇨 Day 178 - Not quite on par with Daddy’s efforts yesterday, but still a nice run up to Montana Roja today. This is the other side of El Medano to where we’re staying, with some pretty awesome views all round 😊
🇮🇨 Day 177 - El Teide summit day for Daddy. Had a lovely evening in a multi-national refuge. We all headed for a cold summit at 6am and I ended many hours later back in El Medano having descended 13,000 feet. Crazy fun day playing in the beautiful El Teide national park.
🇮🇨 Day 176 - Daddy took a day off family 🤡 and attempted to run from Sea to Refuge on El Teide. Instead of hiking the final 4 steep hard miles (by 20 miles my legs were shattered), I cheated with the telecabine 😂. Tomorrow I will summit at 3700m (refuge is at 3200) and hopefully run back to the sea!
🇮🇨 Day 175 - After a quick check up at hospital for Joe, we spent the morning at Siam Mall. It’s another example of how built up the Costa Adeje area has become, although it’s quite a cool place to hang out and has lots of kids activities (including a Lego crèche!) This afternoon we had to wait in for our Airbnb boiler to be fixed, before taking a quick trip out to watch the sunset by Montana Roja 🌅
🇮🇨 Day 174 - We managed to get out for a windy hike this morning before spending the day inside with Joe.
